On Millennium Class ships, the specialty restaurants' rich decor includes actual paneling and artifacts from historic liners. And the main dining room on ships fleet-wide is the gracious home of Celebrity's Elegant Tea Service.

Inspired by that most refined of English traditions, Elegant Tea features smartly clad wait staff who serve a range of teas with various pastries, cakes and finger sandwiches, while live music plays gently in the background--the perfect mid-afternoon refresher for body and mind.

Elsewhere on ship, a variety of dining styles feeds whatever mood you may be in, from the healthful menu in the Spa Cafe to the trendy convivialty of the Champagne Bar and the Martini Bar.

Many a veteran cruiser starts the day with an energizing walk on the Promenade Deck.
