The Tournament Players Club (TPC) at Heron Bay in North Palm Beach just started offering Nicklaus/Flick Game Improvement.

This popular golf instructional service is dedicated to helping golfers become better players. As Jack Nicklaus says, “The better you play the game, the more fun you’ll have on the golf course. It’s that simple!”

In 1991, Jack Nicklaus and Jim Flick formed Nicklaus/Flick Game Improvement to share concepts of the game and to pass on their mutual anti-tension philosophy to a multi-talented teaching staff. They currently have programs at many well-known resorts throughout North America, as well as offering a series of one-day ‘Faults & Cures’ programs in many metropolitan areas each year (XX--Jeff...we might want to put something here about visiting www.nicklaus.com or calling 800/642-5528 for more information about the other programs(?), tho I know you don’t like to lead them away from expedia.com).

Nicklaus and Flick chose Jackie Bertram Kaufman as the director of instruction for the new program at the TPC at Heron Bay. One of the nation’s premier female golf teachers, she joined Nicklaus/Flick in 1997 as one of the marquee instructors for ‘For Women Only’ golf schools, as well as the ‘Faults & Cures’ and ‘Executive Golf’ programs. Before joining Nicklaus/Flick, she was director of training and senior instructor at the Dave Pelz Short Game School, where she directed instructional programs for many Fortune 500 executives and high-level professionals.

The instructional programs at Heron Bay include private lessons for one to three participants, five-hour lesson series, playing lessons, junior lessons, and special customized clinics that can include the popular Nicklaus/Flick Notebook, video analysis, a take-home video lesson, on-course instruction, and more. New programs and clinics are being added regularly, as news of Jackie Kaufman’s arrival and Nicklaus/Flick Game Improvement availability spreads.
