Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay, and oceanfront golf and spa resort on Northern
Californias scenic Pacific Coast, will open in December.
The 261-room hotel, inspired by the grand seaside lodges of the 19th century, is situated between two of the wests finest golf courses.

Offering panoramic views of the rugged coastline from the Ocean Colony bluffs, The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay will include a main building and three adjacent bungalows. More than two-thirds of the guestrooms will feature ocean views and most will include a built-in window seat, fireplace, or walkout terrace.
The main building will contain 290 guestrooms, The Ocean Grill restaurant, the 16,000-square-foot Spa, Salon and Fitness Center, and The Lobby Lounge/Solarium. The bungalows will include 52 guestrooms and spacious suites, with an exclusive lounge and two small meeting rooms.
The Links Course, designed by Arnold Palmer, is a traditional-style layout, with strategically placed bunkers and water hazards. The Ocean Course, designed by the renowned Arthur Hills, includes dramatic views of the Pacific coastline.
Other recreational amenities include a coastal walking path that leads to secluded beaches and picnic spots, six tennis courts, cliffside hot tubs, and a patio area with an outdoor fireplace. Horseback riding, deep-sea fishing, whale watching, sea kayaking, hiking, biking, and shopping excursions can also be arranged.
