POLO TOWERS OPENS AS NEWEST

TIMESHARE PROPERTY IN LAS VEGAS

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA--In a city used to fanfare, the recent grand opening of Polo Towers was greeted with great interest from developers, Las Vegas tourism officials, and timeshare industry leaders. The first phase of the $23 million Polo Towers just opened, offering its guests a five-star vacation ownership resort located near one of the most exciting intersections on the Las Vegas Strip.

Polo Towers is located along the eastern property line of the MGM Grand Hotel & Theme Park, which will be the world's largest hotel, casino, and theme park complex.

The first phase includes a heated swimming pool, spa, and pool bar; a sand volleyball court; a lighted tennis court; and a children's playground. One highlight is the 19th floor Polo Lounge and cafe, offering a panoramic 180-degree view of the mountains and the Las Vegas Strip.

The project also includes the Polo Plaza, a 60,000-square-foot commercial retail shopping, restaurant, and office complex to be built at the front of Polo Towers. The Polo Plaza will bring several renowned businesses to the Las Vegas area for the first time, including Hamburger Hamlet and Chevy's Mexican Restaurant. The complex will also have a health club and sports facility, a pharmacy, hair and beauty salon, and many other specialty shops.

Those who purchase vacation ownership at Polo Towers gain a recorded ownership interest in the unit and the underlying real estate. The owners are guaranteed quality reservations at Polo Towers each year. Owners may also rent, sell, or pass on the property to heirs.

Polo Towers owners can also join Interval International and exchange their time at Polo Towers for time at more than 1,000 quality resorts worldwide. Polo Towers recently received Interval International's Five-star rating and became the 1,000th resort in its worldwide network.
